International Orders – FAQ

We have answered some of the most common questions we receive about International Orders.

This list gets updated every now and then as we get more recurring questions on this topic.

Our website checkout currently only works for South African delivery addresses. To place an international order, please send us an email or DM with your order list and the country you need the goods shipped to, and we will respond with a shipping quote. Should you be happy with the shipping fee, we will send you an invoice with relevant payment info.

Our currency is called "South African Rand". Please look for "ZAR" on a currency exchange calculator.

We currently accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. PayPal transactions carry a 6% surcharge to cover heavy fees.

Please consult the current manufacturing lead time on the website and then add the shipping time to that. Shipping time varies depending on the carrier you select. Econo typically takes about a month to arrive, and FedEx about a week.

With the exception of our USA economy option - which includes all taxes - you may have to pay import duties and taxes on your import (shipment). This differs country to country and it will be your responsibility to check those fees and pay the import duties and taxes. The shipping provider (e.g.: FedEx) will contact you after your shipment has arrived in the your country if anything needs to be paid.

International shipping differs enormously depending on the location, size/weight of the parcel and the shipping method. Please DM/email us for shipping quotes.
